Lynn Buckley
Vice President of Client Services

Ms. Buckley has more than 20 years experience in the fields of training, organizational effectiveness and instructional design. She has substantial experience in enterprise adult education, teaching college-level psychology, and designing and directing corporate training programs for corporate and government clients; including for insurance organizations.

Prior to joining Learn.net, she was President of Buckley Associates, ensuring company’s profits through alignment of knowledge excellence with strategic business goals. She has consulted with a number of Fortune 500 firms including telecommunications, insurance companies, and financial institutions as well as federal government contracts to increase organizational effectiveness through learning, development and mentoring programs. Her programs have introduced leadership, customer service and technical skills improvements, delivered through web-based e-learning, instructor-led training, and organizational interventions such as business process re-design. Instructional design of content is a specialty.

Ms. Buckley has Bachelors degree in Psychology and Philosophy with a minor in Economics. She graduated with Honors, Cum Laude, and has a Masters in Education with a specialty in Psychology.

Ms. Buckley is active in the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the Organizational Development Network (ODN), and has been a speaker at International Organizational Development Institute (ODI) conferences. She is currently an officer in the Atlanta, Georgia division of TPA, a national organization that promotes child safety programs and scholarships for hearing impaired individuals.
